how to prevent chit stains on bedsheets?

i only sleep in my undies and it seems like every night they magically come down to my ankles which causes the chit from butthole to smear all over the sheets

how do i stop this? sleeping with clothes on isnt an option for me.

Fellow no wipe crew checking in.

Just put down trash bags, it’s really uncomfortable and hot and loud whenever you move, but it prevents your bed sheets from getting chit on them.

I sleep without ginch , and chit streaks was an issue till I started cleaning my butt crack with my shower wand head on jet .
Starting using the shower head since the beginning of Covid,and never looked down, er back .
Have used probably 4 rolls of toilet paper since 2019 , usually as Kleenex when I need to blow my nose .
But once I got out of the shower and forgot to spray my butt after a dump , and as I’m sitting on my bed putting on my socks ,I’m like wtf is that smell ?
Well wet feces on your bedsheets are gross AF lol
