Even the most partisan media suspects are questioning the indictment. Then of course you have the usual clapping seals in the background thinking he should be in jail for reasons but they’re a lost cause.

What's the play? Will the case get thrown out prior to the next appearance in court or is it headed to trial.

This case, while I like seeing Trump perp walked cause he's a worthless POS, isn't the one that holds risk for him. The next two to drop (if they do) will.

If the case goes to court and the jury finds him innocent he can use that to his advantage. Haven't his supporters been saying this helps him? If so y'all should be glad he was indicted for a weak case. Better than not being indicted, right?

The play is to further tarnish his rep for his presidential run. Because now it's not just accusations and mean news coverage, you have photos of Trump in court which is like porn for liberals

Trump Organization convicted on exact same felony in October.

Alan weiselberg plead guilty on exact same felony last year.

SDNY charges this felony a lot each year, they have a lot of experience with it. Slam dunk.

Sillie, juries do not find a defendant "innocent," only "not guilty." There is a difference.
