They didnt include the bolts & the screws for this table i ordered.

I used to work at the Williams Sonoma furniture warehouse and we unloaded 4-5 full 18 wheelers of furniture per day. Then we would put them in the racks with lifts. Obviously within a weeks time of handling that much furniture stuff is going to get damaged or stuff fall out of the box. Well our new manager was a douche and would write you up for the pettiest crap so obviously no one is going to say if something was damaged because he would only blame you. The delivery drivers would travel numerous states only to find parts missing or stuff damaged. I would only laugh because it was because of the idiot manager. In the past had we found a broken piece ir something we would report it and try and fix it or get a new order swap but no o e idle going to report it if there is a risk of a write up or a drug test. We just put that **** in the racks. SMH
