You guys seen this Brit show Can't Pay? We'll Take It Away!



I actually like the way the Brits do repossessions, they just get a writ from the high court and even private hires can go into your house (without violence) and start taking tally of your goods until the debt is paid.

Seems like in the U.S there's a lot more red tape, till you can actually evict or repo property.
