Sleeping less while calorie restricted

Right now I'm eating very low cals. Is it normal to need less sleep?

I'm not counting. I might've had 500 cals yesterday

I think my maintenance is around 2600

I'm not trolling. I ate that much yesterday but will prob eat a lb of beef later today. So far today I've had 4 hardboiled eggs and some yogurt earlier

I'm not a low bodyfat-cel. It's not going to harm me

You should never eat less than 1250 cals daily. Basic stuff.

That's superstition. If you're fat enough, you can go without eating for literally months

I'm not what most would consider fat but I can easily scrape by on 500 cals once in a while

Don't believe the propaganda

if i was lean enough already, i wouldn't do 500 cals

Not good for your hormones. There is a better sustainable way to slim down. Clearly your way isn’t working.

That's not true. I just started dieting again. I guarantee I will lose the weight I'm trying to lose (ded fkn srs).

I'm not bothering counting calories. Just eating very little while working out and losing fat

Hormones will be fine as long as i get enough sleep. i am, just less than usual

it really just depends where you're at and what your goals are

if i looked like you, i wouldn't do 500 cals a day. you might get fuked up from doing that

I'm in 20-25% bf range. It's not a problem for me

You wouldn’t make this thread if your way was working.

Sleep is important. You should never yawn. If you don’t get your 8 hours, you need to reassess what you think you know.

Don’t post that guy, he is a moron who knows nothing about nutrition or health.

You are yo yo dieting. What do you mean you guarantee your way will work? Why hasn’t it worked so far thou? If you are 20-25% it means you do NOT know what you are doing.

If I was 25% I’d quickly get it down to 12% by eating 1200 cal at least and some cardio, then come to maintenance. Then reassess. Eeeeeasy.

My average cals/day this week is at least 1500 i'd guess

I made this thread cause I'm bored and only slept 6 hours instead of 8-9 yesterday after pulling an all-nighter the day before

I just started dieting again like I said. I know what I'm doing

I will be 30 lbs less within 2-3 months. I will eventually increase my calories to a more sustainable intake long-term

If you go this route you need to just straight up fast so your body amps up the GH production to counter the test drop.
