Depends on if you get paid enough to survive and if your boss is not a d-ckhead.

Those are my main two criteria: Honest pay and the boss is not a power tripping d-ckhead.

Cause I'm not afraid of hard work and I can buy my own insurance and invest my own savings.

The only exception is if they want me to do evil chit like war profiteering from the conflict in Ukraine.

Which is why I quit my Wall Street job and left the entire industry to make a living as a hunter.

The best kind of employee is hard working, consistent, and loyal.

Cause replacing people is an expense, lost efficiency, and a headache.

Would rather keep a good employee than find/train a replacement honestly.

Companies generally do not care about employees.

I’ve seen a company man fired after 30 years.

you might care about retaining employees, but thats why you are not a manager/boss, youre just a number, and easily replaced

ive seen company men chit on after decades of loyalty, just for what seems like no reason

Lmao at 1k if he doesn't give you an office - after a YEAR AND A HALF. And Omg three days of paid time off?

Employers really need to realize how competitive the market is right now for good employees. If someone called that an offer I'd laugh in their face.

I've employed myself in various roles as a contractor since 2018 and I have my own private ventures.

But I come from a working background and a working family.

Not caring about turnover and the cost of hiring is dumb.

Some business owners are dumb yet still succeed anyways.

Hence all the chitty bosses with functional yet poorly managed businesses.

Hence all the arbitrary bullchit you have to put up with as a working person.
