I thought that they were OK though? for the last 5-6 years I always thought D3 and Zinc+Copper as the most important for an athlete.

d3 is used as rat poison lol. Copper is pointless, everyone already has plenty of copper in their diet except maybe carnivore retards. Zinc picolinate is a mogger supplement though. You should really get a hair mineral test if you wanna be sure

It's fine, in that it increases your Vitamin D levels if you're low.


The ridiculous part is how many people thought it was a miracle cure based on a couple of youtube videos.

I've got MS, which ****s with my ability to absorb Vitamin D. My neurologist prescribed me mega-dose weekly 50,000iu pills because I was extremely low.
