Are we basically a nation of addicts?

Do you think something approaching 50%+ of the country has addiction as part of who they are?

for good or bad...

-food addiction
-drug addiction
-weed addiction
-porn addiction
-sex addiction
-social media addiction
-internet addiction
-money addiction
-status/power addiction
-video game addiction
-alcohol addiction
-tobacco addiction
-work addiction
-fitness addiction
-gambling addiction

Sure I'm leaving some out, but is it fair to say most of us have whatever it is in us that has/can lead to addiction?

We're apes walking in clothes, bud. Try not to overthink it. Everyone is just trying to spam the dopamine button.
