Do fat women actually clean inside their fat rolls?

Some of those fat folds look to be at least a foot deep. Do fat femoids actually clean the inside of them?

I was watching my 600 lbs life and this ****** had maggots in her fat rolls.(srs)

As a healthcare pleb. I can say no. The folds actually get red raw and the skin tears apart, probably from the moisture and bacteria, that's why the smellz. It's sad, had a few young obese patients who neglected their health and they might be unalive soon. Such waste, much yum yums

When the folds start to rot do you ever pull them open and take a big hard sniff just out of curiosity? What about between their ass cheeks, can poop even get out or does it kinda slide between the cheeks until it turns into a thick brown paste essentially cementing the cheeks together?

yes, the antiseptic needs to clean between the folds and it smells really bad. To insert a catheter you need 3 people, one to hold each leg, and one to retract the apron, that's the medical term for massive hanging fat on the abdomen. The 4th person will be sterile and insert the pee tube. It's not a good experience for anyone. The ass will be cemented with encrusted fecal matter as modern day occupation health and safety tells workers not to put their body in risk of injury, so the patient is usually never cleaned properly. Srs
