Whenever I drink coffee I get short bursts of anger at people

I know its not normal. But whenver I drink a few cups of coffee I have more energy. I am able to have good energy with people. But then sometimes a small thing triggers me and I got aggro and people look super scared sometimes. Its probably just my autistic anger face. Looks like i have to quit caffeine again to be more chill with people.

Sounds like the caffeine is amplifying some underlying anxiety which leads to the outbursts.

No need to quit completely, just taper down.
