So the result here is what? Everybody stops being weak & everything is in harmony?
No. What you end up having is alot of people with a warped definition of being weak instilled from early life, take this advice resulting in more antisocial actions/mindset.

Idk about those pills. But i believe in some of his stuff. Like becoming what you do & that you should treat yourself as someone youre responsible for.
I just feel like his delivery provokes a antisocial mindset to the average person.
Same as with andrew tate.

His message is meant to Jumpstart your dead f*cking engine, not min/max your stats to become the perfect human.

Jordan Peterson is to the mid-2010's to present as what Tony Robbins was to the 1990's.

Peterson's primary goal is to help individuals understand that they have a purpose and their life has meaning. That you're not as worthless as you think and you can attack that mindset by adopting responsibility in all facets of life.

One of the most important people on this planet, imo.

As a person who works in psychology, I don't understand what he is doing.

Alfred Adler, my hero, wrote books about how you can make the most out of life. So, he analyzed humanity and tried to suggest what made people tick, thus he could make suggestions to the general population.

Adler's main point was to not be selfish, get along with people, and do things to serve society, not yourself. He noted that selfish people end up being hated and defeat themselves.

Peterson seems like he is trying to be like Adler and discuss how to live a successful life. However, Peterson doesn't give examples, from what I have seen.

Saying "don't feel weak" doesn't do anything because it doesn't address why people feel weak, what feeling weak is going to do, and what solid real life steps you can take to not feel weak.

I feel tired as I'm writing this, so what good would it do for someone to tell me "Don't feel tired" because I do, and now what?

Peterson seems to feel sad for people but doesn't have examples and solutions.

I don't follow him much so correct me, if I'm wrong.

I am always telling people on here, do things that you think are important. If you don't like your job, drink too much, are depressed, etc it's because you are not doing things you believe are exciting.

The only way to have purpose is to think you are doing important things. If you are doing things you think aren't important there is NO WAY to believe they are.

You can be a heart surgeon but if you really want to be a painter, then heart surgery will seem unimportant compared to being an artist. There's no way to make people believe otherwise.

Meanwhile, most people are doing mundane jobs, aren't super handsome, etc and REALLY AREN'T doing anything that important. So, what is Peterson's suggestion to feeling important other than just saying "Feel important"?

All facets of life would include adopting responsibility in dealing with your emotions & learning to understand them so you can actually minigate their power without having to bottle em up resulting in all kinds of chyt.
Jp never talks about that. His advice mostly helps you to get out of a rut, but not how to keep you out of that rut.

I really dislike his boomer insulting tone. He talks about conclusions he did not accomplish himself or know how to and acts really condescending about suggesting them.

"Grow *** **** up!"

literally a meme for how the opposite of a mature guy would phrase this

It helps for academic writing. He really ought to take a speaking course or something to stop with the word salads and speak how anyone else does.

Very smart people break things down in easy to understand words.

From what I have heard, it seems like Peterson is concerned about people and feels sad for those losing out, but he does not know how to explain a plan of attack the different people can use.

NO ONE on Earth is purposely performing badly, rather they are wrong and/or don't know what to do.

That's what psychotherapists are for and so I don't understand his approach.
