This 76 y/o still squats 500 lbs and looks more aesthetic than most men
A Mr Universe bodybuilding champion has revealed the secret to the longevity of his impressive physique after showing off his still bulging muscles more than 20 years after his retirement.

Robby Robinson is regarded as one of the all-time greatest bodybuilders, rising to success during the Golden Era in the industry.
Over the span of his 27-year career, Robinson dominated the industry, taking home titles including Mr America, Mr World and Mr Universe and earning the nickname The Black Prince.
The legendary bodybuilder, from Damascus, Georgia, retired from the sport in 2001.
But his retirement hasn't stopped Robinson, who's now 76 years old, from working on his physique and he revealed he still has an impressive workout routine as fans commended him for looking "incredible".

Sharing a side-by-side snap of himself to his Instagram, Robinson offered some words of inspiration to his fans, writing: "YOU Have GREATNESS Within You and THE RESPONSIBILITY. To Manifest That GREATNESS."
In the pictures, taken 30 years apart, Robinson can be seen wearing the same pair of red budgie smugglers as he strikes the same pose, showing off his huge biceps, which measured a whopping 20 inches in his heyday, as well as his rippling chest.
His fans were quick to praise him for his long-running dedication to his physique in the comments.

One person said: "Could probably still win a show today."
"Man that is amazing. you have stood the test of time and continue to be a shining example for bodybuilders of all ages," another added.
A third wrote: "The Black Prince still looks incredible."
In another post showing off his muscular upper body, Robinson said that his age doesn't limit him.
He wrote in the comments: "Age has nothing to do with it. A made up mind is POTENT."
He then revealed his intense workout routine as he responded to one critical commenter, telling them: "Wait until you are my age. Will you be alive. Think about it will you be able to front squat 500lbs for 20 reps leg press 1750 lbs 20 reps, curl 105 for 10 reps without swinging the weight up."

Speaking about the secret to maintaining his muscular form in his old age, Robinson revealed on Prince EA's Sauna Sessions podcast thatit's all about your mindset.
He explained: "I love the mind-muscle connection thing that you can really do this and the body can be created that way and I started doing this when I was a kid, imagination.
He added: "I feel for you guess what else I feel so young and healthy."

"Imagination is powerful, some people use it in a good way and some people use it in a negative way. I prefer to use it in a positive way because it does work. It has a power in itself.
"So I've been focusing on that since probably when I was seven or eight years old and I think I developed this mindset to the point where I totally believe that anything that I attempt to do is going to become a reality, it has to."
But he warned against this, saying: "A number of guys have died from cardiac arrest, kidney failure, heart attacks, to me it's not worth it.
"I love bodybuilding for myself, I enjoy it. For me, it's fun to be able to develop and change the body you know psychologically mind-muscle connection and feeling what you're doing, all that plays into that part so I think it's awesome."
The Golden Era bodybuilder also claimed that young people in the industry are now taking too many steroids because they think "the more the better".

Elite bodybuilding genetics and had the goat biceps. Not sure if I believe the 500 lb. front squats and 1750 lb. leg press for 20 reps tho. Even in his prime it would be hard to believe those lifts. Gonna need a vid for proof.
"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." (John 3:16)
