Why do gheys make more money?

Went to visit a friend today who just bought a reno house in a nice neighborhood and both his neighbors are gheys.

Should we be gheymaxxing?

Usually gays pretty much mind their own business and are pretty normal. Seems like they tend towards professional lines of work, educated.
