Is this a good plan? (srs)

I'm mentally ill. I am on disability $1000 a month. I'm thinking of moving to Poland(I speak Polish). That $1000 would equal 4500 zlotych(Polish currency). An apartment costs 900 zlotych about. I would live in the city and I would take bussess/cabs everywhere or walk. So no car payment. I counted my expenses would be 2000 zlotych.

So then I'm thinking of also getting a job in IT, and make like 3000-5000 zlotych a month. That gives me 5000-7000 zlotych a month to save/spend etc.

Good plan?
