Most waitresses start out hot and enjoying the easy money when they are college aged, like 18 - 23 or so. The ones who are still doing it by their 30's do usually end up getting kinda pudgy though, and I don't know if I ever met one in their 40's or 50's who wasn't decently portly.

Idk man, think about it. They are literally spending their entire lives surrounded by, and talking food all the time. These days, even women whose jobs don't involve food are getting fat. Can't be surprised that Becky from Waffle House ends up getting fat after 10+ years of their only benefit at the restaurant job being getting a 50% off piece of pie at the end of each shift and a discounted meal to eat in the back during the work shift.
