Working customer service is the worst

Any job where you have to deal with people is **** srs.
The other day I was speaking to some transexual, this guy was confused, retarded and rude. He claimed to be a woman and their their title to Mrs. At the beginning, he was putting on a woman's voice. Towards the end of the meeting, he dropped the female voice and just sounded like every other man.
Probably forgot to put the voice on or got tired.

Why the **** can't people be normal? Srs
