Elden ring isn't even a hard game.

Try kingdom come deliverance if you want a hard game.

It's not. Even Monster Hunter is tougher. You can't just i-frame and dodge through attacks unless you specifically skill it into your armor set, which is not easy to do unless you're end game grinding.

Elden Ring is really only tough for two main reasons. 1. ****ty input lag 2. Enemy/boss power scale up by a dumb amount, forcing you to grind grace until you can match in level.
