Why do some fat women not realize how ugly they are?

There is this fat lady at work who wears like 2 lbs of make up . She actually thinks she’s beautiful . In reality she is one of the ugliest non elderly person I have ever seen. She is like 4 10 and like 200 lbs. she looks like a freak. Imagine a short, fat guy thinking he’s a Chad.

How do fat women not know how ugly they are?

Because people don't usually say negative things to them like calling them "fat" or "ugly" even if they are, because its considered gaslighting apparently which means it makes them doubt their reality and want to kill themselves, but I believe all fat and ugly people should be publicly shamed until they change.
