Saudi company draws unlimited Arizona ground water to grow alfalfa amid drought

Cliffs:

-Saudi Arabia has it illegal to grow alfalfa cause it takes too much water to grow
-Saudi company grows alfalfa in Arizona and ships it back home
-State of Arizona leased land pieces to company, some lease agreements arent to be renewed for decade, some lad pieces the company bought
-Arizona trying to fix

Goes to show government loves to fuk over Americans for foreign companies money

This is actually happening in several states. Chinese companies were doing something similar. Drawing down the water tables to extremely low levels to grow hay.
They ship the hay back to China to feed their livestock. Not sure if it's still going on or not. Probably is.

The UN has a program from the early 2000s called "Replacement Migration." In it, they describe how they want to replace the 'dwindling' populations of western nations, Japan, and South Korea.
