Xbox needs to just retire, it's a loss leader and doomed to fail
Seriously, they had a small window when the 360 was hot, much like WCW had a small period when it was better than the WWF, but all they are doing now is losing money and it's only gonna get worse.
Microsoft will end up like Sega, they should just give up now really.

That's the funny thing about the console wars right now, nobody is even really competing directly with Xbox because they can't. Sony is stuck on a hardware sales focus, as is Nintendo. Neither of them have the foothold in other industries that Microsoft has. Basically, Sony and Nintendo are competing in the special olympics, while Microsoft is a real olympian.
