Getting off trt…

Been on for 1.5 years. Started as an experiment. Never actually needed it. When you get it dialed in it’s great. But it’s finicky and the side effects start piling up. Overall not worth it, plus I’d like to be able to procreate within the next 1-3 years.

Feel like a hollow shell of myself. Depression off the charts. Having to deal with lots of emotions and almost life regret “flashbacks.” **** it tough but necessary.

Hold me misc. just coping. Thank you.

Imagine If you convinced yourself that the side effects were all in your head.

If you did that they would magically dissapear unless gyno or acne

Or you could just hop off lol. I would stop pinning today & try to forget ever taking it. No blood tests or worrying about how you «feel». I would not do PCT either. Just stop pinning.

Not even close. When your estrogen is high there is no saving you. If it’s low, same thing. Even the hemoglobin getting high causes you feel sluggish and “heavy.”

Hormones are FAR more powerful than happy thoughts.
