Ran 18 miles yesterday than worked a graveyard shift on railway srs
This is how moggers are made lads, I could of done it at a slightly quicker time/pace but still had severe DOMS for days after returning to the gym for first time in a month and doing squats/deads 3 days before.
The first 14 miles or so were easy tbh but at 15-16 mile in mark I was in agony and nearly caved in.
Then went and worked my Night shift 10pm-6am but I get massive bonus pay for nights.
I’m gonna attempt a 20 mile long run next week or so then my official marathon is in 3 weeks from now.

Pic of half marathon distance I did about 3 weeks ago which was quicker:

Only Been training for it since December though so about 5 months although I did take some weeks off due to injuries on my foot/ankles.
Once it’s done will probably stop running and focus on lifting again as I’ve lost some mass, barely lifted past few months tbh.

I already have a very expensive hobby of smashing HTC Brazilians which everyone on the misc knows about.
Like I said I’m only doing this to train for my full marathon.

I work for a train company based in north
Which are on the main railway lines.
But yeah good pay and with great benefits and pension schemes. Can easily make double my base salary with overtime/weekends/nights.

Nice. I still push myself to the limit everyday. I work a night shift and I have a part time job that is actually labor for 5 hours before I ho to my full time job. I hit the gym yesterday for 2 hours before going to my labor job and then went to my full time job. Then went back to my part time job after a nap. Takibg it easy today and then it starts all over tomorrow. Making money and getting ripped op. Celebrated with some my e Pizza Hut and kielbasa this morning.
