Another Protein Powder thread

What the fukk is going on??!!

We got two pound tubs for $50 which is more than the price of a fukking 5 pound tub

Can't even find the 5 pound tub of chocolate body fortress I got off amazon last month for $40.79

I need to order more, where the fuk are you guys getting your protein ?

This. Id rather spend the money I was spending on whey on more whole food. $50 is like 3-4 family packs of chicken thighs. That with some rice is gonna do way more for me than some chit whey.

Whey used to be a cheap alternative for easy protein

In canada now good quality whey goes for 15 - 20 dollars a pound

you can get lean beef or chicken on sale for 5 dollars a pound

obvious choice is obvious

It is worth it for the differences that i observe, so i spend the coin.

Sign up for slickdeals.net, I just buy whatever whenever I can get a 5 lb tub for $35 or under. Body fortress is awful, but I have a 5 lb tub I bought for $26 and another I bought for $24.

Isnt body fortress notorious for being the worst protein you can buy? like half the protein it actually advertises and loaded with cholesterol and fake sugar?

Buy protein from Allmax. It's produced in Canada and they actually regulate their supplements there.

Well it's the Walmart brand, what do you expect. I don't think it's loaded with sugar though, tastes like crap and not sweet. It has more Fat than other brands so maybe the cholesterol part is true. Anyway, I'll plow through a 5 lb tub in a month. A little body fortress won't hurt.

I buy Body Fortress but I've never seen the 5 lb tub. I buy the 4 lb tub on Amazon for $40.59

I agree with the points on just buy food, but if I can find powder for the same price as before I will buy more

Its the convenience aspect I really buy it for

Sometimes its saved my ass from missing my macros because so busy

I don't use protein powder that often but I like to have some on hand if needed. There's nothing wrong with Body Fortress. I only use half a scoop and the fat, protein and carb amount is fine. It mixes well and I hate sweet so it's perfect for me...tastes fine.
