Microsoft's the 2nd largest company in theworld. If they can't figure out how not to suck so hard at vidja games, then buying the 6th largest gaming company isn't going to make them change.

MS has more than enough studios, IPs, resources, and money already, but they don't know how to use any of it other than recently to "buy more of the market," and they've shown this for literally an entire dead console generation+.
