Out of 10 at least 2 or 3 will stab the rest in the back somehow, not pay their share or do some shady stuff to rip off money/equity somehow. At least 1 or 2 dead in a few years etc.

It's a decent idea, but knowing 10 people you trust enough to do this is hard.

Then, most people want to live with a woman/significant other. Cool idea, hard to pull off.

why can’t you start a family with your friend living in the same house? If you have a huge mansion you don’t even need to eat together/see each other daily

I always said it would be cool as fak to find a best friend that you could hang out with, play video games with, get yucky with, buy a place with, and was attractive enough where you would swap regular brojobs, and occasionally bang.
