I’ve seen like 5 jags my whole life. Same for Bentley, rolls Royce and a few others. They sell like 10 cars a year. Where’s the profit in that?

Most of the nicer cars I see in my area are Beamers, Mercedes, Lexus, Ferrari, Lambos. There’s a few brands that you never see though.

I see them around, and I think they're more popular in the UK. They're one of those smaller luxury brands like Volvo that is more niche.

Can you imagine how much it costs just to get replacement parts for one of those super sports cars, let alone getting professional work of any kind done on them?

Buying a supercar is like buying a nice Rolex watch. The vast majority of people will just buy something cheaper, and compared to the cheap watch brands they don't do much in the way of sales volume, but then again that's their niche. They have cornered a high quality high-end luxury market where exclusivity is a part of the appeal, which is why they can charge many times more for what they sell compared to the mass produced stuff.

Like a Rolls, Bentley, Ferrari and Lamborghini is all hand-made. They take a long time going over each car they produce, and they're very special. People are willing to pay a lot for that kind of treatment.

They only market to niche areas with old money

i believe they are locked up for production for 10 years as well so its all waitlist.

Morgan is also like that, old fashioned hand-made cars, huge waiting list.

lol. a lot of those cars you have to ship back to Italy if true supercars. lower end can get repaired at various certified shope.

That's more like a hypercar if something serious breaks, or something extremely exotic that's a classic.

Most Ferraris and Lambos you can buy at a dealer can be serviced at a dealer. Heck I saw a La Ferreri being serviced at my Ferrari dealer last time I went there.

Bentley is owned by Volkswagen these days and is highly profitable for them from what I can tell

Volkswagen also owns Lamborghini and Porsche, and there’s more and more crossover happening in their vehicles. An Audi RSQ8 shares quite a bit of stuff with a Lamborghini Urus

Bugatti is also owned by VW

jags are dope. nothing wrong with them imo. f-type also looks fuking amazing.


but for the price to performance id rather go with an m4 or a c63.

My girlfriend has driven a few Jags. I've a neighbor that does as well. If you want a mid tier car in the 75-130K range its not a bad option.


Yes you can get pretty sweat Audi, Merc and BMW in that price range. But they are really common cars/brands. If you want something different Jags drive/handle good and are nice inside.
