Koby Bryant's nutritionist says vegetable oils are worse than smoking
She says vegetable oils get stuck in your cells and causes inflammation for 2-5 years.

There's alot of emerging evidence on this and there is support for it both on a biochemical level and an epidemiologic level. Here's a good video on it:

The seed oils, which are hyper processed (holy fuk when you see how they're mass produced) definitely cause inflammation but they don't get "stuck" in your cells for 2-5 years. Your cell membranes are constantly changing. So while they'll have a negative effect for some time, 2-5 years is just made up. Sure 2-5 years if you're consuming that crap daily for years. Stick with olive oil, which has lots of phytonutrients in it, butter, coconut oil as much as possible. Walnuts and other legumes are great, and the seeds some of these oils come from are fine too. They're seeds, they're not meant to be a staple of an omnivore's diet anyway. But when they're isolated from the food and made in a factory they're often heated to something like 500F, often more than once, which changes their physical makeup, and they're treated with hexane and other chemicals.
If an oil comes from something that isn't naturally high fat (corn, lots of other vegetable oils) or requires an insane amount of them to come up with a consumable fat (cottonseed) then stay away. Olive oil and coconut oil it's basically squeeze the **** out of it, gently remove impurities and done. Butter - it's churned milk fat and we've been consuming it for millenia. Saturated fat is an exaggerated problem. Saturated isn't perfect but it's more chemically stable in the body, less likely to have free radicals ravage it.

Tried sharing this info with many on the misc when i got my T levels back. I changed up my diet almost 2 years ago and i never consume any of that sht. I cook next to every single meal/snack I eat because its damn near impossible finding good foods w/o chit tier ingredients.

I believe it. You would probably have to eat like 30 pounds of corn to get like a tbsp of vegetable oil in a "natural" diet. Not something we would be used to in an evolution aspect. We are adapted to eat animal fats.
