The Official FRIDAY Feel Good Thread...We live for the weekend.
Welcome all you Wage Cucks, Tradies, Day Laborer's, Cubicle Cuties, Officecells, CEO $10k/Dayers, Un-employed Rotters, Under-employed Slackers........to the Official Friday (we live for the weekend) Feel Good Thread of 2023.
We've gotten through another long week and only 8 hours stands between us and the backyard, the ball fields, the golf course, family time, a few good brews, home projects, weekend vacations, the club, binge gaming, grass cutting, date night.....
So tell us what you've got going on this weekend, post some pics, feel good music, whatever's got you in a good mood on this beautiful Friday.
The plan this afternoon is to pop a couple new local IPA's, fire up the grill for some prime Ribeye's I picked up earlier in the week, maybe throw some potatoes or chicken wings on there too and just relax into the night. Wake up Saturday, get a morning cardio in, cut the grass and handle some other work around the house, them head out the range for a bit to put some rounds through my new toy.

TFW you live for the weekend. Feels TERRIBLE man. Feels like I’m wasting my life.
But glad that we’re on the cusp of freedom.

We just had our 1st kid and I don't want to work anymore, all the years of putting career first and working overtime and picking up the phone at 9pm on a Tuesday.....all that chit is over. It's paid off and I'm to a level where I'm content, but I feel like from here on out it's family first and the job can wait, ill be on coast mode for a while......only like 35 more years though. pffffffffffffffffffffffffffffff

But at the end of the day you’re being a responsible father by providing for them, so nothing but respect brah. That’s a real man. We’re all gonna make it eventually.
Anyway, no real plans for me this weekend. Just gym and hopefully enjoying some good food and a walk by the lake. I’ll drag my lady out of the house to go eat Saturday morning maybe lol.

rainy weekend on the way for New England...
Return of the Jedi 40th anniversary so it's returning to theaters for a few weeks. I'm going to see it at the IMAX theater Saturday, I can't wait. My old man took me to see it way back when it was new and I was just a lad.
other than that, prepping to be out of town for work next week
