Yeah those suck because you wake up at like 11 and don't even know what day it is anymore. Trying to figure out if you woke up at 11am.

Had it for decades-think it is a mixture of sleep quality the night before, food spikes, indoor heating & outdoor climates-very hot humid weather in summer, cold weather/lack of sunlight-meaning more Melatonin is produced.

Cut out carbs/sugar before dinner. Its the insulin spike that causes it

I work a night shift so I sleep in the day but you will always wake up dehydrated for sone reason
