did Elvis really eat 100,000 calories a day?

https://www.abc.net.au/science/artic.../08/689019.htm

"With Elvis, you can forget about your average 1,500 to 1,800 calories per day, or even the 5,500 calories per day of your average Antarctic explorer. Before he died, Elvis was eating about 100,000 calories per day! That's more than enough to keep your average multi-tonne Asian elephant alive - or, enough to keep you or me alive for nearly 60 days!"

he was also 350lbs at his death

His diet was supposed to be ridiculous, I don't know how he wasn't WAY fatter. 100k sounds like an absolute absurd exaggeration though.

100K is literally impossible. However if you're going to die on the toilet, that is definitely a way that would make sense. As with such a consumption of food, you'd literally be sh!tting and eating 24/7 without stopping. (Ded fkn Srs)

100k is a fukking lie. I've even seen strongman competitors eat 10k calories in a day and it's fuking insane.

Unless he drank 15 liters of straight oil a day thats a lie

Unless Elvis was hooked up to an IV pumping milkshakes into his veins, that would be impossible.

I’m not sure I’ve ever even passed 5k calories in a single day.

You'd have to eat over 120 sticks of butter a day to get there.

So no.

There's a lot of super fat black women in Philly and I wonder what they eat and for how long.

It would be boring work to eat so much food all day and these women are bigger than Elvis ever was.

Not a chance-even the 600 pound life behemoths couldn't get close to 100,000 cals per day-your stomach would literally rupture. Maybe 10,000.

I highly doubt Elvis was eating that many calories a day. That seems impossible. He did have a stomach condition and one of his medications was steroids' which can made one feel hungry. At least I recall reading that in the past.
