Have been completely healthy/sober for about 10 days now

Fuking crazy feeling dudes. No alcohol, no Pepsi, no fast food. Just on on a cut and sitting here. Nothing but Semaglutide and about 1000 calories of healthy food each day. I've never had problems with any of these things(except fast food overeating), but still they make life a lot different.

I must say, I feel lame but otherwise pretty great. Down about 10 pounds. Set up a couple potential business deals this weekend.

But holy fuk, this is boring. I have no idea how people live this way.

Last week, the Semaglutide was making it so I couldn't eat any more. I'm adjusting to it more this week and have an appetite, but still I'm limiting myself to get into shape quickly.

Went to the club last night and drank more than usual so I kinda lost the urge for today

Yeah, I mean Summer is coming up and I need to cut another 15-20 pounds before I'm somewhat content so I'll keep trucking. But I'm def not doing this chit forever.

I actually took a piss on one of my leftover strips last week, and I'm in ketosis right now. Once my appetite comes back more, I'll prob add steaks to the mix.

It's definitely not muscle, I'm actually bigger than when I started. But I bet it's 50% water at least.

Have you measured yourself? do you look bigger or are you actually bigger?
I can go 2-3 days on a diet of only alcohol/chicken, and lose 10 lbs easy, I look bigger due to vascularity and definition, but thats due to lack of glycogen and water retention

Water and glycogen is usually a big part of the initial drop but definitely some fat there too. I’ve heard conflicting things about the amount of muscle actually lost if you’re still lifting and getting enough protein.

I’d rather lose a little muscle and a lot of fat than keep spinning my wheels fearing I’m going to lose a couple ounces of muscle and end up chubby, but maintaining those few ounces. I’m not stepping on stage anytime soon.

Am I wrong about that though? Srs question

I don't need it, just using it so I can cut easily.
