Taking a womens formulated probiotic?

Considering it because it has 21 different strains which is more than others but it says it promotes healthy vaginal pH.

I am really skeptical that probiotic powders, that sit in sweltering warehouses and store shelves for months/years, do much of anything.

I don't buy evidence of these.

Eating healthy, using natural fermented foods, and at worst, fecal transplants, seem like the approved methods.
