Cinco De Mayo, cocktail of the day

avocado margarita:

3 oz tequila blanco
1/4 of an avocado
0.5oz simple syrup
0.25oz lime juice
1 cup ice cubes

in a blender, mix up all the inredients until smooth. Pour into glass.


AND tomorrow is the Kentucky Derby so I'm going to do some mint julep action for that.
