Why is WW2 and Hitler so cot damn fascinating?

Srs, nowadays life is so boring. Back in those days, there was a narrative and that was defeat Hitler and his evil army.
Now, there is no narrative, all there is, is capitalism and greed.

its interesting because I think deep down everyone is extremely miring the nazi dominance they had over europe (srs). I'm serious.

people like anti heros. like im not saying we all secretly love Hitler, but people recognize the domination and its fascinating to study.
