Let's have a discussion because it seems there is little objectivity when it's brought up. I think we need to go back straight to the source to identify what are the core principles of Fascism.

The two responsible for both the creation of and application of Fascism, are Franco and Mussolini.

We can look at both what their theories were, their practices, and what they campaigned on. These are the major points of what the historical literature tells us...

1. They were not racist
2. Ultra secular
3. Absolute and arbitrary control over the means of production. This means, decisions are made not based on economics, but rather social considerations and anything else unrelated to an economy.
4. Mussolini campaigned on minimum wage laws, heavy taxation on the rich, heavy taxation on profits, and increasing the size and reach of the government into anything they arbitrarily add to what is considered "economic and necessary".
5. As a result of his campaign strategies, large groups of youth gathered to coerce and riot in the communities. Anyone who opposed Mussolini would have their business is destroyed, they would be beaten etc. Behind closed doors, without the knowledge of society, he encouraged the groups of youth and promised them things. When things got out of hand, he distanced himself and pretended they did not exist.
6. More democracy, including Lowering standards of voting.

Hitler and Mussolini did not see eye to eye. Mussolini became subordinate to Hitler. In fact, at one point, Mussolini had talked to his officials and for the life of them could not figure out why Hitler wanted to go after the Jews. He thought it was nonsense and not helpful to HIS country. He argued that it was about the poor and rich, and creating a better future for his country.

When Hitler finally took control, he implemented his social ideologies, including his racism, and to everything. Businesses had to push the agenda. Schools had to push the agenda. Everyone was compliant within the government system. The people to apply the policies. The people who count the votes. He began replacing Jews in government with white non Jews, even if the Jew was more qualified

My conclusion is, based on this process, and these facts, the Biden administration is it in fact the fourth Reich. The are replacing whites in government with blacks without any consideration of merit. Every government agency is redefining legal terms in order to push the agenda onto the people without legal processes. There is no law that they are willing to break.

As for number 5, does anyone remember when the Democrat said antifa did not exist? They were supporting antifa until they got out of hand, and then they gaslighted us and told us that organization does not exist. How much money and influence did the government have on Black Lives Matter?

According to Mussolinis actions, it would not be far-fetched for climate to be within his reach. Its an arbitrary element added to the economy.

Neither Franco nor Mussolini were " ultra secular" they both had ample support from the catholic Church and their supporters were religious conservatives for the most part. Franco had lots of support from the Church, his rivals (the socialist republicans) were the actual secular ones, they killed lots of priests and Burned churches down. Same happened in Italy the communists were the secular ones.
