Sounds normal brah. It is normal to have 20-30 greys by the time your 28. they should be spread out

These conditions like dandruff, balding, dermatitis, greying etc. are related, and often if you look at drugs used to combat these conditions they are blood sugar drugs.

Take copper, cut back on carbs, do IF, take collagen and obvious well known hair supplements like saw palmetto. And maybe even some natural test booster. Zinc, stinging nettle. It should improve.

I have the odd silver hair in places at age 28. Had my first noticing of some at age 26 srs. I have lots of thick brown hair with some areas of blonde though so it's not terribly obvious at least.

I’m 37 and still no gray hairs. A couple gray chest hairs pop out from time to time, but nothing on my head.

Tbh though it wouldn’t kill me at this age. I’m not that worried about subtle signs of aging anymore. As long as you’re decent looking, girls don’t have much of a problem fuking an older guy.

if you got white hair on your nuts then that's a problem at 28. otherwise your diet sucks if you got gray hair. probably too much sugar/carbs
