A lot of the advice on the internet about diet is from dudes juiced to the gills. Just look at all the clickbait with "bodybuilder eats 10k cals a day". Pure garbage

That kinda stuff is actually a legit issue at a lot of "ethnic" restaurants with people not realizing it. Srs.

I wouldn't eat at an Indian place also because I don't want to smell, or smell like fkn curry.
