Wake up at 8-ish. Blow dry your Edgar. Hop in your Ford Ranger and head to the job site. You will install laminate flooring today.

Drive home, pickup up Taco Bell on the way. Play some PS5 while drinking Mountain Blast. Go to bed around 1030pm

Rinse and Repeat

College/tradeschool done, career started, all debts (aside from a mortgage if applicable) paid off, during 20's.

Cycle begins of morning routine (maybe gym if early enough) -> work -> (maybe gym if going after work) -> grocery store/chores/obligations/fastfood -> video games/tv/internet/movies/girlfriend time -> Sleep -> repeat until weekend

Weekends consist of the exact same as above, minus work. Maybe an outdoor activity or dine-in restaurant/bar in the mix.

Reach mid-30s to early 40s, likely own a property by now but with a mortgage, maybe a good chunk of equity too. The crossroads occur. Either have a wife + kids, or live solo. Continue cycle, but if kids are involved then you gotta add their considerations and activities to your agenda, both for the pros and cons alike.

Reach retirement age, which for most is 61 on average in USA currently. Live remainder of healthy life like you did previously on weekends. If kids were in the picture then they're likely out of the house and in college or similar, so now you're back to the stage prior to the crossroads where it's just you + wife, or otherwise just you if no wife. Older now so can't be as adventurous as you once were, but at least you have money and free time.

Reach final years, whatever age that might be for you, likely unhealthy and unwell in final months/years. Caretaker or nursing home.

Having a wife and kids is not out of bounds, maybe you are just projecting your own insecurities or defeated attitude towards life.

seems nice. trying to get both a house and a non-sloot wife is like veteran difficulty these days tho.
