Imagine thinking this is a good idea. I'd leave the country if it passed, even if it is California. It would spread like wildfire. Evanston, IL already did the same thing, albeit a much smaller scale and limited scope.

Many of the recommendations put forward by the Task Force are critical action items we’ve already been hard at work addressing: breaking down barriers to vote, bolstering resources to address hate, enacting sweeping law enforcement and justice reforms to build trust and safety, strengthening economic mobility — all while investing billions to root out disparities and improve equity in housing, education, healthcare, and well beyond. This work must continue," he said.

The dems objective is not to hand out cash payments.

if they did that, they could never use the argument again. Basically it would have fired that arrow from the quiver never to be returned. No way in hell they want to do that.

The objective it to drive a wedge between blacks and whites. This way it keeps everyone at odds with the others. What will eventually happen is conservative middle class people will simply move out of the state rather than put up with the endless bull ****. Thats exactly what they want. If they all move out then only the rich and the poor will remain and they both always vote for democrats,

it will ensure a permanant majority. Notice how its in every single dem run city or state. Its a planned thing, they couldnt all be equally stupid and make the same stupid decisions at exactly the same time when they can clearly see the results from other places.
