That's a good thing because Trump never says anything of substance any way. So with the audience being Republican he can just say the "right things" and he looks good. He's not coming off as unhinged and for Trump, that's doing alright.

Hot take OP. I thought for sure you’d call this a disaster similar to his first Biden debate.

But I think he did well because the moderator came across as EXTREMELY biased, like she couldn’t hide her hatred towards the orange man. Very rude. CNN did themselves no favors and did not improve their reputation as a news organization. Just as left wing and anti-Trump as always.

Love him or hate him, but you have to call a spade a spade. He has no problem going on the network that hates him the most and go toe to toe with a biased moderator and any reporter or question. He gives zero fuks .


Biden on the other hand literally hasn’t held a real press conference since becoming president. All of his speeches are scripted and he’s given the questions beforehand and a list of reporters to give him softball questions(to which he already has answers written down for him) and no biased moderators.
