Hand is fkn killing for a week
Do a kinda repative motion at work lifting small boxes between 10-30lbs
Week ago hand started been giving me pain in joint ring finger and palm
Couldn't even bench it hurt so bad
What do ?

Toughen up dude. A few weeks ago at work a guy got all his fingers cut off and this week a dude got his whole hand caught in a dock plate. He is older too so he is probably messed for life. Worst part is people were making fun of him but nothing funny about that. Have you seen how grant and powerful dock plates are
