Lifting gives confidence with girls, Fighting gives confidence with men

Knowing that I'm in good shape gives me more confidence when interacting with girls cause I know they love men who are in good shape.

Learning how to fight gave me more confidence when interacting with men cause I know I can at least put up a fight when chit goes down.

Both lifting and learning how to fight are essential for men, but it's so dang hard to make gainz while training boxing and wrestling every day
