Muscle tears in bodybuilding

The reason why people tear their muscles is they are lifting more than their body can handle.

Let the muscle work or contract and not let the weigjts work for you.

Mind you, you can build muscle with a little bit of weight.

but muscle always tears after a workout a small amount so you grow
