Did bloods a few weeks back - everything is good. I do feel like shyt though everyday. I slept 10 hours today and feel sick.
Am I dying or sleep deprivation throughout the week takes a toll on me. It is brutal being a 9-5 slavecel.

Same man, I've been in this same rut lately. Have been working out hard 4x per week and on Semaglutide, so it's probably something related to diet. But I'm only sleeping like 5 hour per night and have felt like chit the last couple weeks.

I go around 1 o'clock at midnight. Get around 6-7 hours of sleep/ 5 days a week. I know I'm not well rested since I have been consuming coffee everyday which was a rarity for me.
I work everyday basically. I don't push myself much when I work but I'm almost always occupied with work.

Long term sleep apnea can cause increased blood count too, which can lead to other serious problems. Weight lifters tend to have sleep apnea because of size and weight, as these are the biggest causes.
Sleep, hydration, and nutrition are the biggest, most common, and easiest to solve.

Are you a Jabbiebro? Not hate. Just if so get yourself some NAC, dandelion extract and aload of pre and probiotics to undo the damage/oxidation building up.
If not look up diet, stress levels and nutritional intake as above.
