What game should I buy?
Rewarding myself at the end of May with a new game purchase. Normally I don't pay full price for anything but there's been a ton of games out lately that I would probably spring for. I usually like quest based open world games - I have actually played through Harry Potter twice and also loved games like Doom Eternal and Division 2. So of these, what would your choice be:
Resident Evil 4
Dead Island 2
Dead Space Remake
Jedi Survivor
Resident Evil 4
Dead Island 2
Dead Space Remake
Jedi Survivor

I'm in the minority here but I loved dead island 2.
It's a little slow at first, but within a couple hours of playing you start being able to really fuk up some zombies.
Gameplay is really fun, the story is pretty non important, I skipped most cutscenes.
The gore and dismemberment is next level af, no game comes close, dead island 2 is next Gen af with the gore system. Easily best part of the game.

So far I'm surprised Dead Island 2 but I loved the first one so might give it a shot.

Resident Evil 4 seems to be the biggest fan favorite of those options.
I haven't tried it yet but I'm more excited for Jedi Surviver personally. The problem is Jedi has a ton of performance issues right now so I'd suggest you buy that later down the line when it's fixed.
So Resident Evil 4.

My plan was to get Jedi Survivor to entertain me while I wait for Diablo 4 / FFXVI. After hearing about how terrible the performance is on all systems, PC inclusive, decided to just play Civilization 6 and CoD MW2 instead.
