How do you cope with your GF losing her looks faster than you if you love her?

Say you’re in your early 30s.

Got with your GF in your early 20s, back then she was a solid 7, an 8 on good days.

Fast forward to today - you live together, she cooks, cleans, does all your laundry, basically makes your life a breeze and all you gotta do is dicc her down once a week and she’s happy.

Only problem is you realize that her glow is fading FAST while you’re at the top of your game. Compounding the problem is you have feelings for her and can’t bear to destroy a person’s heart as it’s been done multiple times to you in the past and you know how it feels.

What do you do? Everything else is perfect, but the GF is losing her glow and there’s sloots left and right that your primal brain wants to bang and it won’t stop ripping your psyche apart.

Is the grass ever greener? Do you just have to eventually learn to split the difference and copemaxx?

The older I get, the less I’m inclined to believe humans are destined to a monogamous “happily ever after” without some kind of major coping or disassociation.

When you get older your priorities change. As long as she maintains her body and doesn't get fat its good.

I'm also lucky that my girl is Asian with good skin/anti-aging genetics. Nobody will guess her age correctly. Mid 30s and she looks younger/has better skin then 25 year old white girls (srs).

Then once in a while you plow a hot young girl

I think a lot of dudes don't understand this concept. If your going to live with someone, be around her friends, her family, bring her around your family. Have kids/build a family/life with her. Etc. There is a lot more going on then just physical appearance. Its easier to date/smash 9/10s on the regular then it is to find just one girl worthy of long term commitment/raising your kids.

Is she actively trying to maintain it and take care of herself? Or is she just saying "Screw it" and letting her self go? The answer determines my response.

Actively trying, but nature and genetics is slowly winning the battle.

Men from the Boomers and Gen X generation had a pretty good sucessful blue print to solve this problem. Fuk younger girls on the side (100% srs).
"The flowers bloom, then wither... The stars shine and one day become extinct. This earth, the sun, the galaxies and even the big universe, someday will be destroyed. Compared with that, the human life is only a blink, just a little time. In that short time - people are born, laugh, cry, fight, are injured, feel joy, sadness, hate someone, love someone. All in just a moment. And then, are embraced by the eternal sleep called death."

If you're in your early 30's and you're still with the GF you got in your early 20's, and she's not your wife yet, you've wasted a lot of time.

Been thinking about this too. TBH, even in my late teens / early twenties I'd bang a 30s-50s woman, if she were thin, SRS. It's just about not getting fat, and not doing stupid BS to their body/face - that's all.

So to me, if I were in the situation as described by OP. The only thing she could do is get fat, to turn me off. Trick I guess is to find someone equally as vain as myself, scared of getting fat, conscious of current weight and diet, goes to the gym, and is willing to pursue significant deficits on days following a cheat day when they occur, etc.

I figure your LTR/wife would know all the best ways to turn you on and spice things up how you like it, unlike a random encounter with a lesser experienced younger girl. But that's partially cope, since obviously a tighter younger body would be more appealing (20s+ and legal though, of course), even if they are boring in the sheets.

My mom told me when you have committed yourself to someone you should not think of the relationship as a transaction.
So the question is "Are you committed with her ?" If yes then stop caring of how she looks now .

Also I think it's better talking to her about it , be a man and be open to her about this as you were soo welcome for Miscer opinions
