100m butterfly followed by the medley.


When I was learning to swim, no one on the team wanted to do the fly. It is one of the harder strokes as it requires significantly more energy and is a little awkward to learn.

So I gave it a shot. and practiced and sucked and practiced more.

Eventually I was swimming 5-8k yards of fly a day. Not even counting other drills and stroke practices.

I was the best butterflier on the team. Naturally this made me the go to for the medley and the fly portion of the medley relay.

I ****ing love the butterfly.
