I hate people in the gym who use benchs/boxes

just to sit in between sets... or to put their water bottle/phone/dbs or whatever on it...
like sit on the floor if you're that lazy and out of shape, let someone who actually lifts use the bench/box

Most of the time I don't need it, and when I do ask they get butt hurt and pissy. I'd rather be considerate and not force people to ask permission to use something I'm clearly not using to exercise with.

Yeah I like to bench with the rogue benches in a power rack. And half the time people use them just to set their phones on. I usually just set their phones on the floor and take the bench.
