ITT we define HVM (high value men)
I'll start.
A high value man doesn't chase women. He chases his purpose and selects from high value women who flock to him.
A high value man has his house in order. He lives below his means, and keeps his home clean, organized and well maintained.
A high value man believes in strengthening his mind and body. Focusing his time on self improvement: acquiring more knowledge, more resources and more physical strength. A high value man knows that life can be hard and preparedness for adversity can be the difference between sinking and swimming.

The elite and the realistic.
The elite is what the child would describe. Unrealistically elite. James bond. Multi millionaire from old money. Etc.etc.etc.
The other one is the realistic guy. He's a hundred thousandaire, works every day in a good career he enjoys, he spends less than he makes, he's on track for a comfortable life, no debt, good shape, could have a poor history but his ambition overcame it, reliable, in control of his destiny

-> Tall
-> Good looking
-> High Status and competent at what he does.
-> Wealthy enough to care for his family.
-> Doesn't need to manipulate women using PUA tricks.
-> Generous
->Trustworthy.
Making significant contributions to society - like being the army, or being a businessman who takes care of the livelihood of hundreds of people, A lot of people's lives depend on him. makes peoples lives better in a profession like being a doctor/firefighter/soldier that sort of thing. These are the traits high value women with good self esteem want.
That is what makes a high value man. Not narcissism induced ego.

abide by those two rules, and everything else falls into place.
That's the two general rule for social and sexual dynamics.
As for life as a whole, then
A strong conviction in God
Honor, courage, discipline, integrity, strength
Confront evil, weak, cowardly, stupid, dishonest, and weaselly, conniving men.
but more importantly,
don't ever let another man look down on you without making him pay brutally for it.
