Arnie is dealing with a skinny little wretch here that's trying to disrespect him at the start, but Arnie is so respectful of the guys physique and completely professional...



Arnie is talking about gaining 20 lbs of muscle in 3 months... take note Miscers! Do you want to just be trolls all your lives? Why are you really here? You must have some interest in this stuff? Are you stuck indoors? Incel? It doesn't matter... just follow what Arnie says, we might think we don't have the right genetics, but most of us do! It's all about snapping out of our lazy mentalities.
